About the Role:
We are looking for a visionary Chief of Operations (COO) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in scaling our business. The COO will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of our strategic goals. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in operations and team management.
(Key Responsibilities)
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring alignment with Ezshop’s strategic goals.
- Develop and implement processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute the company’s long-term vision.
- Drive the operational roadmap for the development and deployment of AI productivity tools .
Team Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, marketing professionals, and AI developers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Weekly meetings with key stakeholders and team members.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
- Regularly report on operational performance to the leadership team.
- Leverage tools such as Monday.com to improve overall department performance and efficiency.
Partnerships and Vendor Management:
- Strengthen relationships with key partners and technology vendors.
- Negotiate and manage vendor agreements to optimize cost and performance.
Budget Management:
- Oversee operational budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
(Qualifications)
- 7+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in agencies, SaaS, or a related industry.
- Proven experience scaling businesses and managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for building relationships.
- Experience with AI-driven tools, SaaS platforms, or similar technologies is a significant asset.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
