I. Job Title: IT Director

II. Job Responsibilities:

1. Information Technology Planning

• Develop the company’s IT development strategy and annual implementation plan.
• Evaluate new technology trends and propose suitable IT solutions for the company.

1. IT System Operations and Maintenance

• Manage and maintain the SAP, CRM, and WMS systems.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of various office IT systems such as email and OA.
• Assess existing system performance and propose improvements to enhance work efficiency.

1. Support Business Development

• Collaborate closely with business departments to understand business needs and drive the implementation of IT solutions.
• Enhance business efficiency and promote growth through IT initiatives.
• Participate in company strategic planning and provide IT perspective recommendations.

1. Data Management and Analysis

• Establish data management mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Use data analysis tools to provide decision-making support to management.

1. Team Building and Training

• Build and manage the IT team, enhancing the professional skills of team members.
• Organize internal IT training to raise awareness of information technology among all employees.

III. Job Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of experience in IT management or related fields; experience in the engineering machinery industry is preferred.
2. Experience in SAP or CRM system operations and maintenance is preferred; experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite and Azure Directory maintenance is a plus.
3. Familiarity with information system architecture, database management, network security, and related technologies.
4. Strong project management and team leadership skills, with good communication and coordination abilities.
5. Possess keen market insight and the ability to grasp trends in information technology.
