Seeking 15 + years of overall experience and,
- Strong experience in managing large-scale($5 mn + p.a.) transformations and projects/programs across Software Development and Support.
- Experience in Financial Services Industry (Mortgage or MI experience would be an added bonus)
- Technical Background can be either
- Development experience with proficiency in .NET/Java
OR
- Testing Experience with exposure to Selenium or Tosca
Must have Excellent Customer communication skills along with experience in
- Assuming Ownership of end-to-end project delivery with a focus on team excellence and innovation as a culture
- Managing Client Expectations and Ensuring Service Delivery in a “Managed Service” model with fixed fee, fixed capacity and T&M commercial constructs
- Driving Program Governance involving regular reporting and driving MBR/QBR with clients
- Team Management skills to establish collaboration across various functional teams
Other experiences include Managing
- Development/Enhancement projects in an Agile/SCRUM mode
- Technical/Customer Support functions with applicable SLA’s and KPIs that result in penalties/service credits
- Exposure to/ Experience in - implementing DevOps across SDLC lifecycle (from Requirements to Post Go-Live)
