We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dynamic sports ticket sales company. This key role involves managing office functions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage calendar and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally.
- Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met across departments.
- Develop and refine office processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Support recruitment efforts, including onboarding, maintaining training materials, and managing team documentation.
- Coordinate with U.S. and Philippines-based teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Prepare and distribute office updates, announcements, and performance reports.
- Plan and facilitate team meetings, tracking and following up on action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with office technology and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Proactive problem-solver with a proven ability to take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional or remote teams is a plus.
- Must have strong Slack experience.
