Receptionist (Entry Level)
Prestigious South Charlotte firm is adding a Receptionist to their administrative team. You will be greeting guest along with managing administrative responsibilities. Excellent growth opportunity for new grads. Salary up to $52K plus great benefits. Excellent location with many amenities.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist include:
- Greet visitors and inform personnel of their arrival.
- Manage incoming calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain lobby, conference, and break room areas.
- Promptly record and notify recipients of all deliveries.
- Update databases
- Assist Executive Assistant with administrative task
- Assist Human Resources as needed
- Manage conference room schedules
- Coordinate with couriers for office needs.
Requirements of the Receptionist Include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of office experience preferred
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
