This role is 100% on-site and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, managing and enhancing IT systems to support our innovative manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

• Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of all IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime.
• Provide IT support services and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

IT Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Recommend innovative technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Security and Compliance

• Maintain secure and compliant IT systems adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard against threats and breaches.
• Oversee data backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.

Project Management

• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Ensure thorough documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems management.
• Expertise in managing Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Proficient in user account management through Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Skilled in deploying and managing Cisco Meraki devices, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Knowledge of VPN setup, network segmentation, and traffic shaping policies.
• Expertise in wireless network optimization and client management using Cisco Meraki solutions.
• Familiarity with security and compliance policies, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and email security protocols.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity practices and tools.
• Understanding of IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
