REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in compliance auditing, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular compliance audits of call center operations, including call recordings and documentation
- Analyze audit results to identify areas of non-compliance and potential risks
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing audit findings and recommended corrective actions
- Work closely with management to implement improvements and address compliance gaps
- Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and industry standards Assist in developing and implementing compliance training programs for call center staff
- Ensure adherence to data protection regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant standards
- Monitor call center practices to maintain compliance with Do Not Call Registry and other telemarketing regulations
