REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in compliance auditing, preferably in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular compliance audits of call center operations, including call recordings and documentation
• Analyze audit results to identify areas of non-compliance and potential risks
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing audit findings and recommended corrective actions
• Work closely with management to implement improvements and address compliance gaps
• Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and industry standards Assist in developing and implementing compliance training programs for call center staff
• Ensure adherence to data protection regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant standards
• Monitor call center practices to maintain compliance with Do Not Call Registry and other telemarketing regulations
