Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Base Salary: $265,000 - $285,000 (plus annual bonus, 401k match, and comprehensive benefits)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Global Marketing to oversee the execution of the global marketing function for our client. This high-impact leadership role spans critical areas, including Content and Channel Marketing, Business Development, Brand, and Stakeholder Engagement. Based in New York City, the Director will partner with key executives and regional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the delivery of innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to set annual marketing priorities, budgets, and measurable goals.
• MarTech Expertise: Manage CRM, CMS, and analytics tools to optimize marketing performance and create actionable insights.
• Brand Stewardship: Oversee the company’s global thought leadership program and ensure brand consistency across all markets.
• Project Management: Proactively manage multiple initiatives, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 14+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, preferably within professional services.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
• Strong expertise in MarTech tools, including CRM, CMS, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
