Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Sales to spearhead the marketing and disposition of property portfolios to commercial real estate investment groups. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in sales strategy, relationship building, and transaction management within the commercial real estate sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the sale of property portfolios, targeting commercial real estate investment groups.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of offering memorandums and marketing packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and potential buyers.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, buyer preferences, and opportunities to maximize portfolio value.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our organization at industry events and fostering new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the executive team to align sales objectives with company goals.


Qualifications:

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of industrial property markets and investment group dynamics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or investment transactions.
