Description:
We're currently hiring for an Architect/Project Manager to support a growing studio in Harvard, MA. The ideal candidate will have 8-13 years of experience and will be licensed or on the path to licensure, and will have experience in Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, or Life Sciences sectors. This is not a contract or part-time position. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary contact liaison
- Determining scope of work, estimate fees, and preparing proposals and contracts
- Actively manage budgets, schedules and utilization of staff to ensure efficiency and achieve project profitability
- Deliver projects that represent the vision of the client, and that are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Responsible for managing and developing client relationships to promote repeat and future opportunities
We're also open to considering Sr. Design applicants with 7-10 years of experience that are more interested in the design end of things.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture required
- 7+ yeas of professional experience ideally in a traditional architecture firm setting required
- Strong REVIT skills required
- Experience in large scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, or life science design
- Registered Architect preferred, but not required
