Job Summary:

As a Senior Project Manager for an affiliate of Apparent inc Microgrid Tech Long Beach

ca office ,Job requires in office and in the field to manage EPC’s , you will oversee the

successful execution of our renewable energy projects in CA , with a primary focus on

solar PV systems, energy storage, and EV charging solutions for affordable multifamily

housing. In this leadership role, you’ll manage Project Managers and collaborate with

EPC contractors to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets

our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of commercial multifamily solar, energy storage, and EV
• charging projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals of carbon

reduction and climate resilience.

• Develop detailed project plans, outlining technical feasibility, scope, and

objectives while engaging with all relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee and coordinate internal resources, third parties, and EPCs to optimize

the allocation of resources and ensure timely project delivery.

• Supervise and mentor Project Managers to maintain organizational excellence

across multiple projects.

• Monitor project progress, measure performance using appropriate tools, and

provide regular updates to the CEO or ownership.

• Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and adapt plans as necessary to meet project

goals.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are

organized and accessible.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

(Master’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role in the commercial

renewable energy sector, with a focus on multifamily affordable housing and

microgrid projects.

• Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar PV,

energy storage, and EV charging infrastructure.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach to

project execution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with

stakeholders and reporting project progress.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a commitment to fostering

collaboration and innovation on the team.
