Full Stack Developer

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in C#/.NET back- end Web API/REST API development
• At least 3 years of experience with front-end development in Next JS
• Thorough understanding of containerized development and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Thorough understanding of Azure cloud service offerings
• Recent, and demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) as part of the development/delivery process
• Recent, demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and migrating large number of .NET based applications to Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud security standards and principles including Identity and Access management in Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Azure and AWS cloud reference architecture and associated design patterns
• Advanced understanding of Git flow strategy and branching policies
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and cross browser compliant websites.
• Experience with a responsive UI framework such as Bootstrap.
• Experience in developing in Agile environment using the Azure DevOps ecosystem.
• Experience in SQL Server database development, query tuning, and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss requirements with leadership.
• Strong Analytical & Problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in teams and independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new, (and refactor Legacy) solutions using Microsoft tools and frameworks (.Net, C#, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, etc) to be Cloud hosted in Azure
• Developing and implementing secure, distributed RESTful services in an Event-Driven Architecture using Microsoft .Net Framework and Azure Cloud services.
• Understanding and implementing common development standards
• Coordinate large complex work efforts which include estimating, coordinating, tracking progress, inspiring others to complete tasks on time, and assisting with resolving issues
• If necessary, create prototypes to validate proposed ideas and solicit input from stakeholders
• Practice, coach, and mentor others in software development using Clean Coding practices and the Extreme Programming (XP) principles of test-driven development, pair programming, refactoring, and always striving for simple design.
• Regular participation in code reviews, design reviews, and SCRUM ceremonies.
