Job Description

This IT Supply Chain Software Project Manager will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies, achieve the best contractual conditions, and ensure internal customer satisfaction. They should have knowledge of best practices and how their area integrates with others, be aware of the competition, and understand the factors that differentiate them in the market. The role also involves supporting the development of Category Strategies to meet evolving business requirements.


Skills Required:

  • Strong communicator capable of transitioning from detailed to executive-level messaging.
  • Ability to build relationships and trust across organizations to drive decisions and alignment.
  • Strong data and analytics understanding for synthesizing complex data into a clear, understandable format.
  • Initiative-taking and resourceful; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative leader and team player.
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve, adjust priorities, and manage workload with agility to deliver business-critical objectives.

Skills Preferred:

  • Strong understanding of Information Technology offerings and across Indirect categories.
  • Strong process competency and knowledge across complex sourcing processes (Power Apps, Ariba SLP, S2C, and P2P).

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of supply chain/commodity/program management experience.

Experience Preferred:

  • 5+ years of supply chain/program/commodity management experience in the Automotive industry.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Education Preferred:

  • Master’s degree preferred, not mandatory (or in progress).

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid role with 3-days onsite, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
