As the Director of Human Resources, you’ll oversee employee relations, benefits, recruiting, and systems integration while leading cultural and operational transformation. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, act tactically, and thrive in a resource-conscious environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7–10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (SHRM/SPHR certification preferred).
- Strong employee relations, benefits, and recruiting expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/HRIS systems.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead change initiatives and implement best practices.
- Overhaul systems, streamline processes, and manage HR operations.
- Advise on employee relations and optimize benefits programs (including self-funded plans).
- Enhance recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles.
- Build relationships and support on-site teams with quarterly travel.
Preferred Systems Knowledge:
- Computer Ease, Temp Works, Labor Chart, or View Point (not required).
