Traveling Construction Superintendent for commercial retail projects, primarily grocery stores, on the east coast. New construction and Remodel projects. Competitive pay with bonus program, profit sharing, health insurance & HSA, life insurance, travel expenses, paid holidays & vacations. Job requirements are as follows:

• Travel is required during the week, home on the weekends.
• Must be able to read & interpret drawings & specifications.
• Excellent communicator, by phone, text & email, with Owners, subcontractors and RPM office/ PM’s. 
• Hold/ Run weekly job site scheduling meetings.
• Maintain/ exceed overall project schedule.
• Be able to draft 3-week look ahead schedule based on provided overall schedule.
• Proficient in Excel & Word.
• Daily & Weekly project reports, fill out Purchase Orders, send in weekly progress pictures and Timecards.
• Remodel experience preferred. 
• Grocery store experience preferred. 
• Willing to work nights (for remodel projects).
• Represent RPM in a professional manner.
• Coordinate and schedule all subcontractors and inspections as needed 
• Willing/ able to hire local manpower to assist in completing self-performed work.
