Role:

• Represent clients suing medical practitioners for professional misconduct (malpractice).
• Perform general civil litigation tasks.
• Work with medical experts, analyze medical records, and conduct medical research.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in medical malpractice cases.
• Consult with medical specialists and experts to determine the merits of a case and build a strong legal strategy.
• Represent clients in court, including examining witnesses, presenting evidence, and making arguments.
• Establish what rule or rules were broken and how that led to the injury.

About You:

• 3+ years of Medical Practice Civil Litigation
• Bar Admission in the state on NY
• JD
• A passion for the work, friendly personality, and drive to excel
