Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee multiple small projects (3-6 at a time) with budgets typically under $1 million, averaging around $300k.
- Manage a portfolio valued at $2.5-$3 million.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline execution processes.
Field Presence:
- Maintain a strong "boots on the ground" presence to monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to address real-time challenges.
Execution Excellence:
- Provide attention to detail in all aspects of project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning to closeout.
Qualifications:
