A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $35/hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).

Location: O'Fallon, MO
Duration: 6 Months Contract with potential extension
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid (office 3 days a week (M-W) and remote 2 days (TH-F)).
Role
New hire onboarding from interview to day 1
This roll will be heavily focused on advanced interview scheduling through our TEAM hiring program.
Insight to advanced interview techniques and how our recruiting works
Experience with Workday
Experience with Phenom (scheduling tool)
Being one the first contacts for many of our new hires
Excellent office technology skills including MS Office Suite Skills: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Past shared service center or human resources experience a plus.

Day to Day:
Provides day-to-day support in such areas as scheduling of interviews, travel arrangements, responding to applicant inquiries, etc.
Communicate processes to employees and applicants; resolve inquiries in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectations and provide “priceless employee experiences.”
Ensure audit compliance through transaction processing and approval flows.
Manage confidential data in a professional manner and according to HIPPA rules and confidentiality requirements.
Support the background check process.
Support and administer the new employee hire process from interview to onboarding.
