*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing computed tomography (CT) scans on patients, ensuring high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and various imaging techniques. The CT Technologist will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.

*Basic Requirements:*
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT specialty
* Required: AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
* ARRT certification in CT
* Ability to perform all CT procedures
* Experience working in a busy CT department
* Ability to assist with high-volume ED and inpatient cases
* Capability to work independently

*Responsibilities*
* Perform CT scans according to established protocols and procedures.
* Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.
* Administer contrast materials as needed, adhering to aseptic techniques.
* Collaborate with radiologists to ensure optimal imaging results.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to imaging procedures.
* Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in the imaging department.
* Stay updated on advancements in imaging technology and techniques.

*Skills*
* Proficient in performing CT scans and understanding of related imaging modalities such as PET scan, mammography, X-ray, and nuclear medicine.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy relevant to diagnostic imaging.
* Ability to apply aseptic techniques during procedures.
* Familiarity with urgent care settings is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient care.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per week

Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* 12 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
* Overtime
* Weekends as needed



Education:
* Associate (Preferred)

Experience:
* CT Technologist: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* ARRT (CT) Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
