High-volume manufacturing facility in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Tooling Manager / Machinist to oversee the repair, service, and maintenance of plant systems and equipment. Experience in repair, fabrication, troubleshooting and mechanical equipment would be helpful. PLC and Welding would be a plus. The standard metals used include Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Silicon Bronze, and Stainless Steel.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with related vocational education.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a machinist.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic on industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to safely troubleshoot and repair complex industrial systems.
• Strong knowledge and demonstrable ability in fabrication, welding, and the use of lathes and milling machines.
• Familiarity with basic electrical, hydraulic, and compressed air safety procedures.
• Expertise in Lockout/Tagout concepts and procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated safe and productive work habits.
• Ability and willingness to acquire additional tools or certifications as needed.
