Job Overview
Lead the development, management, and execution of capital projects to support ongoing operations and growth strategies. Continuously explore and evaluate advancements in milling, blending, and packaging technologies to enhance current operations and align with future objectives. Oversee both internal and external teams during project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and implement new equipment and systems.
- Create and refine drawings from concept to final proposal stages.
- Investigate emerging engineering techniques, machinery, equipment, and materials relevant to the industry.
- Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams on project development and execution.
- Provide technical support and guidance for non-routine maintenance tasks.
- Promote and enforce Safety, Quality, Sanitation, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) standards.
- Ensure that new designs adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.

- Competency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Engineering & Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications
Required :
- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and creating engineering drawings.
- Experience in managing capital and maintenance projects.
- Familiarity with OSHA, FDA, and EPA compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
Preferred (not mandatory) :
- Knowledge of safety and process hazard analysis.
- Advanced understanding of Lean, 6S, and TPM principles.
- At least six years of experience in process engineering within the food, chemical, or beverage industries.
- Experience working with equipment such as sifters, cleaners, sterilizers, mills, mixers, and packaging systems.
