Our client near Burlington MA is seeking a Project Manager with experience in infrastructure new installations of desktop, server and network infrastructure, hardware and software rollouts.

This is a 6 month contract role with 3 days a week onsite required near Burlington MA.

Requirements:

- 5+ years Project Management in IT Infrastructure

• Project Plan Development and Maintenance : Create, update, and manage detailed project plans and work breakdown structures.
• IT Infrastructure Portfolio Support : Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, report on, and adjust the IT project pipeline.
• Project Status Reporting : Prepare and share status reports on scope, goals, milestones, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Project Schedule Management : Update and maintain project schedules with inputs from functional teams.
• Budget Management : Assist in cost estimation, provide budget data, and track project budgets.
• Resource Management : Assign tasks, monitor staff availability, and update project plans with resource details.
• Risk Management : Document risks, mitigation strategies, and updates proactively.
• Stakeholder Management : Work with stakeholders to align project expectations with requirements.
• Business Analysis Integration : Incorporate technical and functional changes into project plans and assignments.
• Project Administration : Document meeting notes, track issues, and follow up on decisions and actions.
