The Role: 

The Account Manager will manage client relationships and develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. This role is based onsite in Reston, VA, and has flexibility for remote work based on meeting KPI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales targets and strategies.
  • Network and cold call to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings, lunches, and visits to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Secure quality service orders and ensure smooth client fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage client deliveries.
  • Negotiate optimal business terms.


Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry (IT staffing preferred or similar). 
  • 2 years of Account Management/Business Development
  • Proven prospecting and in-person presentation experience.
  • A passion for quality service and exceeding client expectations.
  • The ability to build genuine connections and lasting relationships.
  • A high-energy, winning attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • A competitive spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred:

Providing staffing solutions supporting Account Management/Business Development initiatives for GovCon
