Job Description
Leads the analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized ETL and reporting processes to support organizational and departmental needs, including integration with internal and external data partners.
Independently develops solutions to support clinical research efforts with minimal supervision.
Oversees data ingestion from diverse sources.
Adopts and implements best practices for ETL development, adapting processes as required.
Collaborates with research leads and technical teams to design and build ETL workflows, transforming data into formats optimized for research and reporting.
Comfortable working in clinical and research environments, ensuring the secure management of confidential data sets and the appropriate distribution of authorized subsets.
Manages sensitive data file transfers, ensuring compliance with governance approvals and maintaining accurate records of data inventory and transfer activities.
