Led by respected James Beard nominated chef and owner Joe Cicala together with his wife Angela, a celebrated pastry chef in her own right and James Beard nominee, the inspiration of the Cicala family history is reflected in all elements of the restaurant. The preferred applicants will be:

• Experienced with RESY 
• Outgoing and friendly, with a positive attitude
• Professional in demeanor, manner, and presentation
• Dependable, and hard-working with a willingness to learn
• Prepared to demonstrate fine dining etiquette & formal service styles as needed 
• Part time. Availability on weekends is a must.
