Overview

New Life Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing Outpatient Orthopedics team in Reedsburg, WI. This position offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with up to 40 hours per week available.

• Full-time candidates will split their time between the Reedsburg clinic (3 days/week) and locations in Portage or Baraboo (2 days/week).
• Part-time candidates must have a minimum availability of 24 hours over 3 weekdays.

This opportunity includes mentorship support for new graduates, making it ideal for both experienced professionals and recent grads.

Caseload / Patient Population

• General outpatient orthopedic caseload serving patients of all ages.
• One-on-one direct patient care with 45-minute sessions.
• Evaluations typically last 1 hour.
• Collaborative team environment with support from experienced PTAsno aides or techs involved.
• Prompt EMR system ensures efficient and streamlined documentation for patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000 to $93,950 annually (based on a pay-per-visit model).

Job Requirements

• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.

• Open to full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (minimum 24 hours/week) candidates.
