Job Type: Contract - 13 weeks

Job Duties:
* Creating reports to track the patients' progress.
* Working with other professionals to create treatment plans.
* Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed.
* Measuring vital signs.
* Monitoring changes in behavior and progress.
* Administering medication to patients.

Job Requirements:
* 1+ Years of CNA LTC Experience
* BLS
* NY License

Schedule:
* 5x8 hours shift
* Evening OR Night shift

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $27.00 per hour
