Assembly Operator - Entry Level

(1st Shift) - Hardware

06+ Months Contract Possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assembly tasks following standard operating procedures with supervision
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations, GMP, and ISO requirements
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards
• Identify and recommend quality improvements
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Train new team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FDA/ISO regulated industries
• Experience with hand tools
• Background in manufacturing or assembly

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods (80% of shift)
• Manual dexterity for precise assembly work
• Ability to reach above shoulder height and below waist
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Capability to handle assembly components repetitively with accuracy
