Job Description: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will apply engineering principles to solve problems related to industrial layout and manufacturing production. You will be responsible for creating engineering drawings, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality and efficiency in our production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Study time, motion, methods, and speed involved in maintenance, production, and other operations to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and work with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
• Review worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification sheets to ensure they meet quality assurance specifications.
• Assist in planning work assignments based on worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays.
• Prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.

• Proficiency in making sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

In this role, you need to be creative, good at communicating, and able to solve problems. You should be able to work well with others and pay attention to details. You'd also need to know how to use computer programs to create designs and drawings.
