The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all company finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support the CEO and Board with preparing monthly and annual financial plans.
• Review and approve in consultation with the company CPA the company's annual and interim earnings releases, financial statements, management discussions, and analysis.
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Ensure proper training of all personnel working on financial, accounting, or fiscal matters.
• Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 10+ years' experience in senior financial management position
• CPA or MBA preferred
