Description Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and organized Public Relations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the PR team to support campaigns, assist with media outreach, and help build and maintain relationships with clients and the public. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for creating and maintaining positive public images.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns for clients.
- Prepare press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Coordinate and schedule media interviews and press events.
- Maintain a media contact list and build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for clients.
- Help track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Assist in organizing public events, press conferences, and product launches.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in PR or communications is a plus but not required.
