Service Delivery Director


Role requirements:

Collaborate with leadership, internal stakeholders, external OEMs, and partners to build out all aspects of the Modern Workplace Service portfolio, including product roadmaps, metrics/KPIs, product messaging, pricing, and SLAs.

Head of operations, delivery, strategic planning, contract lifecycle management, and customer service/support for all user computing and virtualization services delivery to a global multi-year, multimillion-dollar marquee account with 350K+ end-users.


JD :

Operations management and SLAs for Data center and multi cloud platforms.

Service improvement, automation

Escalation and major incident management

Client governance and relationships

Revenue, P&L, budget management

Resource management of 400+ in global settings

Ownership of overall operations, reporting with 32K server estate, 36K ticket volumes.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
