Exxir is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our luxury nail salon, Le Fruit, located in Bishop Arts. The Salon Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the salon's day-to-day operations, managing events, implementing marketing strategies, and fostering strong community relationships with residents and businesses in the Bishop Arts district.

Responsibilities:

·      Manage all aspects of salon operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

·      Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the salon, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

·      Organize and coordinate salon events, workshops, and promotions to attract and retain new clients.
