Position Details  

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Atlanta, GA. Candidates must: 

• Be admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state. 
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta area. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Manage cases from initial consultation through final resolution, including extensive motion practice. 
• Develop litigation strategies and represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials. 
• Maintain organized case files and communicate progress regularly with clients. 
• Collaborate with a close-knit legal team to achieve outstanding results.
