Head of Human Resources, Retail Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources leader to drive the human resources vision across our national retail operations. This role partners closely with Operations and Field Leadership teams to design and execute people strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring organizational retail goals are achieved through effective talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.


Leading a team of Senior-level HR Managers, you will shape and drive initiatives in talent assessment, employee relations, and performance management while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and inclusion. This role is instrumental in positioning our retail organization for sustained growth and success.

Thought Leadership & Strategic Vision

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, and most recently within a retail organization
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources within the Retail Industry
  • Experience developing and executing global HR and culture initiatives and programs, tracking and measuring impact, and being accountable for results.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to set goals, and develop actionable plans to include problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving departmental/organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and organizational development
  • Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
