Job Title: Proposal Manager / Marketing Specialist

Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)

With a reputation for excellence and innovation, we are looking for a highly motivated Proposal Manager or Marketing Specialist to join our team. This fully onsite role in the Denver area offers the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals and make a significant impact on our business development and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Lead or support the creation of high-quality, client-focused proposals and qualifications packages in response to RFQs/RFPs.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and organize proposal narratives, resumes, project descriptions, and other supporting materials.
  • Project Management: Coordinate deadlines, content contributors, and production schedules to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Marketing Collateral: Develop and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and project sheets.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing and proposal content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs to support business development strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, technical teams, and business development staff to refine messaging and win strategies.
  • CRM Maintenance: Update and manage project and client data in CRM systems to ensure accuracy and usability.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in proposal management, marketing, or business development, preferably in the AEC industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required).
  • Experience with CRM software and proposal management tools is a plus (e.g., Deltek Vision or OpenAsset).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the AEC industry and familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and standards.


Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation creation.
  • Knowledge of APMP best practices or similar proposal methodologies.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
