Job Description

Storage Management : Install, configure, and maintain NetApp, EMC and IBM storage systems, including SAN and NAS environments. Should have good hands-on experience on EMC ESILION - installation, configuration and troubleshooting Performance Monitoring : Monitor storage performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize storage solutions to ensure high availability and reliability. Backup and Recovery : Implement and manage replication and recovery processes to safeguard data integrity and availability. Capacity Planning: Perform capacity planning and forecasting to ensure storage infrastructure meets current and future needs. Security Management : Ensure storage systems are secure and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements .Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of storage configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaboration : Work closely with IT teams, including network, server, and application administrators, to support DAILY BAU Support: Provide 24/7 support for storage-related issues and participate in on-call rotation as needed. Upgrades and Patching : Manage storage system upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
