We're looking for a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day operations, supervise onsite construction activity, and ensure project safety, quality control, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project site operations and supervise onsite construction activity
• Develop project execution and site logistics plans
• Ensure subcontractor conformance to company policy and reporting requirements
• Coordinate labor management, safety, and quality control
• Collaborate with project team to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of onsite experience in commercial construction
• Advanced organizational and leadership skills
• Microsoft Office and project management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Current Driver's License
