About the Role:

As the Senior Financial Analyst , you will be at the intersection of creativity and strategy, using your advanced financial analysis skills to influence critical business decisions. You’ll provide strategic insights, manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, and support operational efficiency across the organization. Managing a small team of one, this role offers a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Advanced Financial Modeling: Develop complex, data-driven financial models using Excel to analyze trends, performance, and key metrics.
• Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of one, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, delivering actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and align goals with financial performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling, and scenario analysis).
• Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Adaptive Insights, or similar).
• Personal Attributes:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members.
