Your Impact:
? HR Strategy & Leadership – Lead all aspects of HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to align with the company’s strategic vision.
? Executive Business Partner – Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership , providing data-driven HR insights and workforce planning strategies.
? Culture & Engagement – Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and champion an environment where employees feel valued and empowered.
? Talent & Organizational Development – Oversee leadership development programs, succession planning, and career progression frameworks to attract, develop, and retain top creative and business talent.
? Compensation & Benefits – Lead total rewards strategies, executive compensation structures, and competitive benefits programs tailored to the entertainment industry.
? Workforce Planning & Analytics – Leverage HR data, KPIs, and people analytics to improve decision-making and optimize organizational performance.
? Employment Law & Compliance – Ensure adherence to California labor laws, entertainment industry regulations, and HR best practices , proactively mitigating risk.
? Change Management & Growth – Support company expansion efforts, mergers/acquisitions, and evolving workforce dynamics in a rapidly changing entertainment landscape.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience , ideally within entertainment, media, gaming, or creative industries .
Extensive knowledge of California labor laws , HR compliance, and industry-specific employment standards.
