Consilio is seeking a skilled Trademark Attorney to join our client’s team. Our client is looking for an attorney to handle international trademark issues and manage both domestic and international outside counsel. The role will involve trademark application prosecution, registration maintenance, litigation, and negotiation of settlement agreements. Additionally, the attorney will provide counsel on trademarks, copyrights, sponsorship contracts, speaker agreements, publishing agreements, trade shows, licenses, waivers, drawings, contests, sweepstakes, intellectual property enforcement, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international trademark issues and coordinate with outside counsel for trademark prosecution and registration maintenance.
• Provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and various contractual agreements.
• Oversee IP enforcement, advertising, and related legal matters.
