We’re recruiting highly qualified attorneys for an AmLaw 100 firm seeking an Employment Law Associate with at least 1 year of experience.
The associate in this role will have the opportunity to take on a high level of responsibility while being trained and mentored by the top practitioners in the country.
Description:
- Cutting edge and novel work in the field.
- Disputes regarding pay equity and executive compensation
- Sensitive internal investigations
- Standard employment law matters involving wage and hour class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination, retaliation and whistleblower claims.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of employment litigation and/or advice and counseling experience
- Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Licensed to practice law in California
