Eleven Recruiting is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to coordinate and lead organizational analysis efforts, identify current capabilities, propose opportunities for improvement, and drive measurement, prioritization, and implementation of these opportunities. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Cary, North Carolina. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners to strategize and deliver product roadmaps, offering cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance the mortgage loan process for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational analysis to identify current capabilities, recommend improvements, and prioritize implementation efforts.
- Collaborate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment.
- Gather business requirements impacting technology systems and engage with technology partners to develop solutions through the technology change process.
- Write, communicate, and validate requirements and user stories using tools such as: cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state charts, data dictionaries, and class/entity relationship diagrams.
- Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement projects, understanding authority and influence as it pertains to business processes.
- Work effectively within a Scrum or Kanban team, participating in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Document acceptance criteria and create/maintain system and user documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct testing and user training sessions.
- Provide regular verbal and written reports to management.
- Create workflow diagrams and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT teams to define when user stories are complete.
- Conduct risk assessments and use outputs to mitigate project risks.
- Participate in and lead backlog grooming sessions for roadmap planning.
- Assist Product Owners in strategizing the delivery of product roadmaps.
- Plan, develop, oversee, execute, and certify changes by creating rigorous test plans and tracking results to ensure alignment with finalized requirements.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Agile environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven teamwork mentality, including mentorship of junior analysts.
- High proficiency in G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools (required).
- Experience in data analysis/ knowledge of BI tools is preferred.
