Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, Google, TikTok, Meta, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with sales goals. Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
- Drive growth on Amazon by implementing best practices, optimizing listings, and managing campaigns tailored to this platform.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive actions, and customer preferences through research, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Support ecommerce content development and publishing on Shopify, ensuring consistency in branding and user experience while driving sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the customer journey, improve retention, and foster brand loyalty through targeted initiatives and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, copywriting, and analytics, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid campaigns and e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
- Proven track record in managing high-performing advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, and Meta.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with an understanding of the cultural nuances of the Hispanic market.
- Proficiency in key marketing tools, including Google AdWords, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Adobe Suite, and basic HTML.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement industry is a plus.
