Consilio's Client is seeking a Part-Time Corporate Attorney with experience in oil and gas to join their team. This is a hybrid role requiring 1 day a week in-office presence in Houston. The role offers flexibility, with 16-24 hours per week of work for a duration of 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Review and revise confidentiality agreements.
• Review and revise parent company guarantees (incoming and outgoing).
• Advise and assist with general terms and conditions for the sale and purchase of goods, with a particular focus on hydrocarbons.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Oil and Gas corporate law.
• Strong background in reviewing confidentiality agreements and parent company guarantees.
• Experience advising on the sale and purchase of goods in the hydrocarbon sector is highly preferred.
• Ability to work part-time (16-24 hours per week) in a hybrid role, requiring office presence in Houston once a week.
