Compensation Range: $95/hr-104/hr
Analytical Skills:
Ability to learn and understand key metrics used in MX, analyze them, and build PowerPoint slides based on this analysis. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with all teams with clear instructions and guidance for strategic meeting preparation. Should be able to communicate clearly in English across various mediums, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Teamwork: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and other departments within the organization.
Schedule: 4 days in office / 1 day remote
Primary Areas of Responsibility Include:
Business Target Setting & Performance Evaluation:
Manage setting up short, mid- to long-term goals to maximize business competitiveness and profit by establishing business goals and measuring and managing performance.
Measure and evaluate whether the goal is achieved based on objective evaluation indices. Suggest the right direction to organizations and employees to improve performances and manage to establish an efficient strategy to achieve the business goals efficiently.
Motivate business organizations to achieve goals and induce change in behavior through the wise selection of correct evaluation items and fair evaluation.
Business Issues Identification & Risk Management:
Develop strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the business by establishing measures preemptively to identify issues such as incidents and accidents, deterioration in efficiency, and low performance results in terms of target cost.
Check the major issues of the business and establish counterplans, or assist the management in effective decision-making by recognizing potential business risks beforehand.
Review various factors like benchmarking activation among sub-organizations, performance and weakness comparison, inefficiency, and decreased competitiveness, and review measures which can bring out improvement.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Constantly identify market and customer issues and trends, competitor's development, sales, manufacturing issues and trends, changes in industry trends, and new technologies. Review how much impact these factors have on the company and proceed with developing measures to address these issues.
Develop real-time insights on market trends, shifts in sales behaviors, and new category entrants to generate actionable reporting.
Conduct ad hoc research on key market changes, competitive and customer moves (key announcements, intelligence).
Business Performance Reviews:
Develop and institutionalize business cadence to review performance and take action related to financial performance, demand planning, and business risks and opportunities to better align plans to financial objectives.
Lead the monthly business review process across all carrier sales teams, including scheduling, developing the framework of key topics to be addressed, and managing the implementation of all action items.
Integrated Operations Analysis & Reporting:
Gather, analyze, and report on key market performance, carrier strategy, competition, and sales data to provide actionable strategies and insights for Senior Leadership.
Lead in the management of Sales Reporting and Analysis across the Mobile organization.
Manage the development and update of sales dashboards, sales KPIs, early warning reports, and MBO management.
Strategic Initiatives and Tasks Management:
Track and manage various strategic initiatives, key tasks, and requests in a systematic manner. (Strategic initiatives and tasks may come from Strategic Planning reviews, Top Management meetings, team workshops, etc.)
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to track down key tasks and activities and provide periodic and ad hoc updates on the progress.
Organize and provide progress visibility to key stakeholders proactively.
Cross-functional Project / Process Management:
Lead coordination and operation of cross-functional initiatives and projects to address specific business needs (e.g., Upgrade and Switching Innovation workshop).
Develop key narratives and build project plans to organize, track, and manage the projects throughout the year.
Conduct post-mortems for enhancing the project outcome in the future.
Background & Attributes:
MBA or Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in the TMT area (technology, media, telecommunications); Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of internal business strategy and/or management consulting experience, with a heavy focus on consumer technology business, marketing, project management, and business transformation.
Strong quantitative skills and business acumen to understand business status and issues and drill down to identify solution paths in growing online channel business and shares.
Ability to lead complex projects and work effectively in a matrix environment.
Ability to efficiently scope and execute concrete strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated success leading teams and establishing effective working relationships with executives in varied areas.
Demonstrated strategic thinker who can turn strategic objectives into practical actions.

Ability to support a cross-functional team to achieve customer contracted objectives and specific team goals within established time frames and requirements. Assist in and if needed direct the team in lab and field trials related to the introduction of products sold to the customer.
Physical/Mental Demands:
Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal for more than 50% of work time, including prolonged periods. Requires considerable work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges, and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include PCs, printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond the normal schedule. Travel varies depending on the position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
