We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist fluent in English and Mandarin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and improve day-to-day warehouse and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor daily operations, collect, analyze, and interpret data related to warehouse performance. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency.

•Perform administrative duties, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and reviewing/disputing/processing invoices.

•Coordinate and analyze operations with various departments to ensure adherence to budgets.

•Develop and distribute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols (e.g., checklists) to staff.

•Communicate and coordinate effectively with staff and vendors as needed.

•Review RGA issues, ensuring remade products are within company guidelines.

•Onboard and train new staff to ensure adherence to department SOPs.

•Assist with projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

•Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including managing files and records.

•Strong analytical and investigative skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.

•Ability to understand and analyze data effectively.

•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
