As we continue to grow at an accelerated pace, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to join our team in the dietary supplements industry. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, oversee shipping and receiving processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

- Shipping and Receiving:

• Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, including preparing shipments, documenting receipts, and coordinating with carriers.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of dietary supplements in compliance with industry regulations.

- Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.

- Regulatory Compliance:

• Maintain compliance with FDA and other regulatory standards related to dietary supplements.
• Ensure all products are stored and handled according to safety and quality guidelines.

- Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipping/receiving logs, and compliance documentation.
• Generate reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and logistics performance metrics.
• Ensure Customs documentation and compliance standards are met

- Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments, including production, quality assurance, and sales, to support overall business operations.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related role, preferably in the dietary supplements or food industry.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.

- Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance requirements for dietary supplements.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
