Atlanta Group Inc. is a company in Atlanta, GA 30339. We are looking for an Account Manager to prospect new customers and long term relationships for our clients in the metro Atlanta area. The Account Manager's role is to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities face to face with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new customers and sales opportunities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through face to face meetings
- Responsible for territory management in the greater Atlanta area
- Customer service assistance with issue escalations as needed
- Training and product knowledge with our telecommunications and technology clients
Qualifications:
- Willingness to constantly learn and grow - we are looking for long term candidates to consistently grow their career at our firm
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, business development
- Interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions with customers
- Comfortable with sales presentations
- Organization skills to be responsible for multiple situations and projects happening simultaneously
- Ability to maintain professional behavior and image while dealing with business leaders
