As Regional Sales Director , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering long-term client partnerships across the beauty and personal care industry. Here's What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Growth: Expand revenue across all product lines and develop new business opportunities through strategic initiatives.
- Lead New Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers through networking, industry connections and proactive outreach.
- Deepen Customer Relationships: Work closely with clients at all levels (including purchasing, packaging, operations, marketing, design and supply chain) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Own Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize long-term growth and client retention.
- Optimize Sales Performance: Utilize SAP to manage customer accounts, track sales opportunities and report key metrics.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Partner with product development teams to bring fresh, unique offerings to the market.
